Tammy Abraham has spoken about his plans for the future after his meteoric rise with Chelsea

Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham has admitted that he has set targets for himself in his head as he seeks to continue building upon a superb start to the season. “I’ve got a goal in my head of where I want to get to, I’m getting there gradually but it’s still early doors,” he told BT Sport.

Abraham went off injured in the 2-2 draw with Valencia this evening Wednesday although it is hoped that his injury was not too serious, with Frank Lampard confirming that it may not be as bad as first feared.

“The word at half time was it looked quite severe, a bang on the hip,” he said.

“Then the word after the game was it might not be as severe as we first thought. That’s as many details as I have.”
