Everton is lining up a sensational swoop for ex-Liverpool midfielder Emre Can.
The German international is out of favour with Juventus and has made only eight Serie A appearances this season.
However, the Mirror claim Everton has joined Manchester United and Tottenham in the race for the 26-year-old.
Can is believed to be open to a move away from Juventus to ensure his place in the German squad ahead of EURO2020.
Newcastle chase Inter winger
Newcastle United could make their first signing of the January transfer window as they chase Inter Milan winger Valentino Lazaro.
The Magpies have been decimated with a host of long-term injuries and are desperate for new faces this month.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Newcastle will sign Lazaro on an initial loan, before making the transfer permanent for £20million in the summer.
